Terms of Use

Welcome to Welcar. These terms form an agreement between you and Kairo Labs, the Welcar developer (“we” or “us”), governing your use of the Welcar iOS app, including its widget extension and Shortcuts (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Service

The App provides in-car and Home Screen widgets, arrival and departure sounds, AI Create, and related personalization. You can choose built-in templates and vehicle styles, record your own sounds, generate styled car art from a photo, and set up automatic playback with system Shortcuts.

The App has no account system. Widgets, favorites, recordings, and other content you create are stored on your device and are deleted when you uninstall the App. Keep your own backups.

2. License

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, rent, or sell any part of the App; extract built-in templates, images, sounds, or vehicle data for use outside the App; or interfere with the App’s operation.

3. Driving safety

Widgets and sounds are for display and reminders only. They are not navigation, driver assistance, or safety equipment. Do not operate the App or your phone while driving. Follow local traffic laws and keep your attention on the road.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of sounds you record, photos you choose, widgets you create, and images generated for you. You confirm that you have the rights to this content, that it does not infringe another person’s image, privacy, copyright, or other rights, and that it is not unlawful or inappropriate. You may not use AI Create to produce unlawful, infringing, or offensive content.

Built-in templates, icons, sounds, vehicle data, and interface designs are protected by copyright and other laws and belong to us or their respective owners.

5. Subscriptions and payment

Welcar PRO is an auto-renewing subscription purchased and billed through your Apple ID on the App Store. Prices, periods, and offers are shown on the purchase screen.

Unless canceled in your Apple ID subscription settings, the subscription renews and is charged within 24 hours before the current period ends. Completed purchases are handled under Apple’s refund policy; we cannot issue refunds directly.

6. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is.” Because devices, system versions, in-car systems, and third-party services vary, we do not guarantee that every feature works in every environment and are not liable for indirect losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, the App.

Automatic playback depends on system Shortcuts and permissions. System policies control when it runs, so playback may be delayed or may not occur. AI results are produced automatically by a model and may differ from what you expect.

7. Changes and termination

We may update these terms for feature changes or legal requirements. The revised version and date will appear on this page, and material changes will be announced in the App. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.

We may stop providing the service if you violate these terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
